Mission Statement

The CYC is dedicated to continuing the awareness of significant issues pertaining to the health, safety, education and overall well-being of the children and youth of Grand Island.

Description

We function as a non-profit governed by a volunteer board comprised of community and government leaders. We campaign for children's health, happiness, education and safety. This movement leads to involvement in neighborhood associations, minority issues and advisory councils, public and private schools, health and human service organizations, local non-profits, museums, the local zoo, corporate entities, arts groups etc. We seek to involve ourselves in any ways neccessary to ensure the highest quality of life for our children.
