Turning Point is an innovative program dedicated to providing emergency assistance, along with a continuum of support services for the abused, abandoned, and homeless women and children. Turning Point Enterprises, Inc. provides referrals and resources, mentoring, credit counseling, case management, HIV & AIDS education, crisis counseling, budget workshops, job readiness and development, life-skills training, and survival skills for women workshops.
