Iris Maternity House seeks to provide safe, secure, and nurturing housing, meals, and non-medical services to expectant mothers in crisis. Iris Maternity House aims to provide support and care for those who are in need during part of all of their pregnancy.

Description

Iris Maternity House operates from business offices located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Iris Maternity House is in the process of renovating and refurbishing two homes in the Ann Arbor area for expectant mother's in need. Upon completion, both homes will hold 8 women throughout the term of their pregnancy. During their stay mothers will be provided with counseling and educational services that aim at helping each woman develop a plan for both mother and child following their stay at the maternity home.
