Mission Statement

To stop the destruction of healthy dogs and cats in animal shelters resulting from overpopulation. This shall be accomplished by performing high qulity sterilizatrion surgeries for dogs and cats to prevent homeless animals from being born.

Description

The Spay-Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) is committed to ending overpopulation by making affordable sterilization surgery for dogs and cats accessible to the general public through spay and neuter clinic facilities. Our clinics in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio provide high quality services at affordable prices to more than 50,000 dogs and cats each year. SNAP also provides free spaying and neutering services to those on qualifying public assistance programs.
