Mission Statement

CASA Kankakee County is a not-for-profit organization that advoactes for the best interests of abused and neglected children within the Kankakee County court system. Based on the belief that children are entitled to a safe and permanent home, CASA Kankakee County is dedicated to working in the court system through trained community volunteers, in collaboration with key agencies, legal counsel, and community resources to serve as the child's advocate and represent the best interests of the child in Juvenile court.

Description

CASA Kankakee County works closely with the juvenile legal system and caseworkers to move cases through the system in an expedient matter so that children may find permanence and move forward with their lives.
