Mission Statement

The Sacramento Court Appointed Special Advocate Program is a non-profit organization that serves children in Sacramento County by training volunteers to be a "child's voice in court." Sacramento CASA offers children of all race and ethnic backgrounds the critical components of support and consistency, enhanced by the comfort of a long term relationship.

Description

By establishing a one-on-one relationship with a child and completing extensive training in juvenile law, child development, educational law and foster youth rights, our volunteers are able to advocate in court for children who have been removed from their home due to abuse and neglect.
