Mission Statement

The First Judicial District CASA Program recruits, screens, trains and supervises volunteers who are appointed by a judge to speak for the best interests of abused, neglected and abandoned children in court. CASA's volunteers refuse to be silent, giving children a better chance for a safe, stable, structured future.

We are a private, non-profit 501(c)(3)recognized agency serving the five northernmost counties of Idaho.
