Description

Raphael House is a homeless shelter for families located in San Francisco with a mission to help low-income families and families experiencing homelessness strengthen family bonds by achieving stable housing and financial independence. Families living at Raphael House are able to utilize our many supportive services such as career development, K-5 and teen tutoring, family wellness services, intensive case management, children's programming, and financial literacy. Our success rate is unmatched: More than 85% of all Raphael House families go on to achieve long-term housing and financial stability, but the support does not end there. Families can receive many of the same supportive services through our Bridge Program for up to 18 years after moving into their own housing, helping them to break the cycle of homelessness for good
