Mission Statement

The Northern Hills Area Court Appointed Special Advocate Program seeks to promote and protect the best interests of abused and neglected children involved in court proceedings through the advocacy efforts of trained volunteers.

Description

The Northern Hills Area CASA Program serves children involved in abuse and neglect cases in the Fourth Judicial Circuit of South Dakota. This program recruits, screens, trains and supervises community volunteers to serve as advocates for abused and neglected children in court.
