The Mission is to help children who have been abused neglected or abandoned. My role is that of an ADVOCATE FOR THE CHILD. I find the experience fulfilling and at times challenging. Visiting the children at foster settings and schools and being with them in court lessens the trauma they experience. My Case Manager is always available to provide guidance and advice. The GAL program needs more volunteers and I urge family and friends to attend a no obligation one hour orientation. The children are waiting.

There are over 1,500 abused children without a Guardian ad Litem in our community. This is a great opportunity to help those abused children! You will get to see a whole new side of the legal system and truly make a DIFFERENCE in the life of a child!

Every one of these children need help. I understand the case workers are overloaded with too many cases. I hope I can make a difference in a childs life. If I can recruit more of my friends and family that then there will be more children that will be helped.
