Mission Statement

The mission of the 15th Judicial District CASA program in Kansas is to have trained Court Appointed Special Advocates to provide encouragement, support, and guidance to children in need of care in collaboration with other available resources, offer an opinion to the court in order to represent the best interest of the child, and advocate for the needs of the child so they may be considered in the court's decision.

Description

CASA of Northwest Kansas, Inc. is a non-profit,volunteer-based program that pairs trained child advocates with abused and neglected children who have a case in court. CASA of Northwest Kansas represents the 15th Judicial District. The District is made up of the following Kansas counties: Cheyenne, Logan, Rawlins, Sheridan, Sherman, Thomas, and Wallace
