Mission Statement

The Greater Farallones Association is a non-profit, cooperating association that helps protect the resources managed by the Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary through collaborative education, interpretation, outreach, and research. LiMPETS Monitoring has the dual goals of scientific data collection along the California coast and science literacy among Bay Area youth.

Description

The Greater Farallones Association is the home to many great scientific and educational programs that support the needs of the Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary. LiMPETS is a citizen science and outdoor STEM education program for Bay Area youth.
