LEDC is a community development corporation which works with the neighborhoods of Adams Morgan and Mount Pleasant regardless of race, as well as with Latinos city- and region-wide. Our services include first-time homebuyer classes, business training classes, microloans, commercial corridor revitalization, merchant association development, neighborhood business improvement district development, individual development accounts, and many others.
