STRATEMON GROUP ahs been launched in 1998 with the prupose to assemble 4 cultural platform in an INTERNATIONAL GROUPMENT OF CULTURAL ASSOCIATIONS AND FOUNDATIONS WITH SOCIO-ECONOMIC UTILITY. The 4 patforms are: 1. Cultural Monumental Heritage 2. European inspiration 3. Meeting between Citizens 4. Youth & Education The International Youth are now concentred till 2002 into the Action Plan named 'Helios-2002'. On the 1st of July the Youth Portal site was offered to the Youth as a Forum that has to grow up to be soon interactive
