Mission Statement
To provide service enriched *, permanent housing to homeless and low-income women, men and families. We provide 53 units of housing to individuals at 50% or 30% of the poverty line. *service-enriched housing is designed to bring social services in-house for the residents. This allows the residents to succeed in a permanent housing situation, by addressing their social service and housing needs together.
Description
We are a program of Archdiocesan Housing Authority/Catholic Community Services. Archdiocesan Housing Authority has 30+ programs in the area of homelessness and housing. We provide shelter care, temporary housing, and permanent housing. Max Hale Center is a housing program that is deemed a "Special Ministries Program." This means that we serve a very vulnerable and high needs population. For example, we provide housing to individuals who are Developmentally delayed, Domestic violence victims etc... We provide in-house social services to our residents to help address their areas of need. This leads to a longer and more successful stays in housing.
