ART is a volunteer organization working to promote and encourage responsible pet ownership through the following: Support of Animal Control. Support of a strong and accessible spay and neuter program. Educational programs of animal welfare issues to the general public. Promotion of animal supportive legislation. Development of resources to facilitate improved animal welfare. To improve the conditions of animals through rescuing stray and feral animals. Promoting humane treatment and responsible pet ownership. Fostering compassion and respect for animals.
