Child Care Resource and Referral, Inc. is committed to ensuring positive beginnings for all young children and their families through community partnersips. As an umbrella organization, CCRR provides support services to child care professionals and centralizes programs and services devoted to serving young children and families. CCRR gives parents easy access to information all in one location. Programs are designed to serve young children and their families from all income levels and diverse backgrounds. There are 9 programs under CCRR's umbrella including Head Start, Crisis Nursery and Family Support Network, School Readiness and Nusery School Partnership, Child Care Assistance and Referral, Training and Education, Consultation and finally the Child and Adult Care Food Program. All programs are family friendly, some such as Head Start, Family Support Network and Crisis Nursery have direct contact with children and families. Other programs connect with families in a more indirect way, but are just as important. The underlying goal is to help families strengthen their ties with children and the community. Make an investment in children. Doing the right things for children means many things. This includes the assurance of the right child care and early education. It is our goal to do this in a way that encourages self sufficiency for families improving the lives of all family members.
