Mission Statement

To encourage and support Fairfield County to care for its wildlife allowing for the full enjoyment of the natural spaces we all share.

Description

The Wildlife Center of Fairfield County (formerly The Wildlife Orphanage, Inc.) is focused solely on developing a wildlife rehabilitation and education center in Fairfield County, CT.

  • We need to educate our neighbors how to peacefully co-exist with and respect the wildlife that surrounds us. Backyard Basics TM.

  • We need to foster a lifelong connection to nature in our children.

  • We need to train more volunteers.

Our Wildlife Center would give us the forum for these initiatives and more.
