Mission Statement

CAI's mission is to help refugees and immigrants from Cambodia now residing in Illinois, especially those in metropolitan Chicago, to become self-sufficient, productive participants in United States society while preserving and enhancing their cultural heritage and their sense of belonging to a community.

Description

CAI is the only agency in the chicago Metropolitan area which provides comprehensive, culturally appropriate, bilingual programming to address the interrelated social and economic needs of the Cambodian refugee population. Initiatives include educational, social service, health and cultural programs.
