The mission of the Women of the West Museum is to discover, explore and communicate the continuing roles of women in shaping the American West. We create experiences that empower people to discover new potential in their lives.

Description

The Women of the West Museum redefines the concept of a museum to focus on audiences, education, and outreach in our communities. We develop and present innovative programs and experiences that engage audiences in new and sustained ways, and enlarge our understanding of the American experience in all its variety and depth.
