To maximize the opportunities for the elderly of NE Miami Dade County, to maintain their personal independence and to enhance their quality of life by providing a broad array of social services in their own home.

Description

A private non-profit agency providing a broad program of in-home services since 1974. Seniors, 60 years of age and living within the Foundation's service area, are eligible for service based upon prioritization of need. Services include home delivered meals, transportation, counseling, nutrition education, caregiver support services, homemaker, companion, volunteer opportunities and information & referral.
