For this volunteer opportunity, we would prefer a fitness background or experience with group exercise classes, especially comfortable modifying exercises for lower functioning individuals so that everyone participating in the class can get the most out of the workout. Experience working with seniors or people with Parkinson’s in a fitness setting preferred, but willing to train someone with the passion to work with this community. Boxing experience desired, but not required, as we are willing to train. APEX Fitzmorris Recreation Center
