About The Music Hall The Music Hall is a non-profit performing arts venue that entertains more than 70,000 patrons annually with music, theatre, dance, and film performances. The historic 900-seat theater is the oldest in New Hampshire, the second oldest in New England and the fourteenth oldest operating in the United States. In the fall of 2003 the U.S. Senate voted The Music Hall onto a list of "America's Treasures" including it in a program sponsored by the National Park Service and The National Trust for Historic Preservation. The 2003-2004 season marks The Music Hall's 125th anniversary.
