Mission Statement

The mission of Learning English Adult Program, Inc, (LEAP) is to provide classes to adult English language learners living in the New York City metropolitan area. Our purpose is to develop or improve their skills in English-based reading, writing, speaking, listening and computer literacy so that they can participate fully in professional, educational and cultural activities in the United States.
