Return Child Foundation

Mission Statement

The mission of the Return Child Foundation is to coordinate immediate search and rescue for missing, runaways, homeless, illegally seized and kidnapped children and to assure that their Bill of Rights -- amendments to the Constitution to Due Process in a Court of Law and to protect our children rights-- are preserved for each new generation. We are the Children Rights Advocacy Group We are Dedicated to assisting federal and local law enforcement agencies in the recovery of abducted children The Return Child Foundation will assist families, communities, and law enforcement agencies throughout the United States in locating and recovering missing children. In addition, we will provide parents with the information and tools needed to effectively protect and safeguard their children from child predators. The Return Child Foundation will also teach children the lures commonly used by abductors. We have parental manuals and children id kits free to download from our Network. We also provide support to victims and families traumatize by an abduction/illegally seized and kidnapped children this support includes clinical support as long as needed. Our Investigative and Legal Department will litigate if necessary due process rights, civil rights and civil liberties violation and/or other issues to parental and children rights. The Return Child Foundation is not a public defender like Legal Services or Legal Aid. It does not handle criminal cases or civil disputes or choose sides according to financial criteria. Nor do we take political sides; we are neither liberal nor conservative, Republican nor Democratic. The Return Child Foundation is a non-profit, nonpartisan, -membership public interest organization devoted exclusively to search and rescue coordination/operations, advocating and protecting children and parental civil liberties/due process, and extending them to groups that have traditionally been denied them. In time we hope the Return Child Foundation will become a national children institution, and will be widely recognized as the country's foremost advocate of parental and children rights.
