To provide a fully accessible site for people with disabilities of all ages, allowing them a place to be educated about disability issues and services and provide support and counseling.

Description

DC is a web site that currently hosts a disabled teen ezine. There are plans for a young adults with disabilities ezine, a products and bookstore, and an online counseling center. DC also plans to promote programs using service dogs and animal assisted therapy to help people with disabilities and to educate the public about the use of these certified and trained animals.
