Description

The Hollywood Education & Literacy Project (H.E.L.P.) is a community based literacy and mentoring project, providing tutoring and mentoring for students and their families, as well as instruction, training, and internships for volunteer tutors and people opening community centers in other areas, and is delivered at no cost to the participants.
