Description

BARC founded in 1951 by parents of children with developmental delays. These parents sought growth and achievement opportunities for their children. Today we support over 600 individuals from birth through retirement in our Early Intervention, Employment, Residential, and Seniors programs and our Advocacy & Human Rights Committees.
