Magdalene Habitat for Endangered Species

Description

The Habitat is 30 acres, roughly square, bounded by Longmire Road to the west and White Oak Creek to the east. The terrain is mixed, with every TX habitat except desert. It is closed to the public. We have nesting bald eagles and many other birds. Unfortunately, the city of Conroe is loudly building a sewerage line across the creek. We expect some dislocation, and we need experienced help to take a census and photograph the birds without disturbing them. A new young pair of eagles arrived July 4th.
