Mission Statement

Inner Circle was organized to address the growing deficit of services to troubled children and families in our community. Every individual has the intrinsic right to have their basic needs met in a respectful, supportive manner. Families deserve every reasonable opportunity to preserve their family unit. We recognize that the family is the foundation of our community. We believe that children living in nurturing, stable environments will mature into healthy, productive members of society. Our goal is to provide community based services to children and families for the purpose of strengthening the family unit, emancipating prepared, productive young adults and providing specialized, quality foster care. By meeting these needs in a caring, comprehensive and professional manner, we will impact the quality of life for the children and families in our community.

Description

Inner Circle is a State of California licensed non-profit corporation with offices in Van Nuys and Palmdale, Ca. We provide free training to individuals interested in becoming foster parents. Our certified homes are designed to provide treatment to children who experience behavioral, emotional and physical problems that exclude them from conventional foster homes. Each home must undergo extensive screening and training prior to the placement of children. We provide services to children ages 0 to 18. Services are provided by master Degree Social Workers. These services include: complete psychological, social, educational and physical assessments and treatment plans for each child as needed. Treatment services are augmented via specialized community support groups. Emancipation and job placement services are provided to children 16 and older. Specially trained staff is provided to work with infants and toddlers. We offer a family reunification program, aftercare services and counseling services. Training programs for staff, foster parents and the community are ongoing. We have a Developmental Disabilities program that provides support and care for families of children with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, down syndrome, autism and mental challenges. We are also a licensed adoption agency and provide home studies and assistance in the adoption process for FFA foster families and county foster homes. Inner Circle has received the highest accreditation rating from the California Association of Services for Children and are members of the Foster Family Treatment Association.

This agency is responsible for placing children with molestors but Jeanne Cates don't care because she's a baby trafficker. Lots of complaints about this fake adoption center, too involved with DCFS. Employees like jeanne steal funds here as well. Scum of the earth, avoid this scumbucket van nuys office. The santa clarita office is worse.

They had NOT followed legal procedures. Social worker did not value or consider foster parents opinions. Social worker was too quick to decide how the Court should rule.INNER CIRCLE had ruined children lives, my life, my husband life, and they will ruin your life too.YOU SHOULD RUN FROM THEM. (Foster Parents)

As an adopted child, I know how important it is to have stronger supporters in your life. I was extremely fortunate to have been adopted by a tremendous family who has supported me and loved me through my many years on this earth. I so grateful to have a group of people behind me and I want to share that with everyone.
