Description

SWIM is a 501C3 status, nonprofit organization that offers single women support. Services are provided in Halifax, Edgecombe, and Nash counties. We connect community resources for their own needs. It is a process that engages a range of agencies, businesses, churches, and self referrals in collaborative action to identify the needs of single women. We require that all members mentor, one on one; a single woman to assist her to become self-supporting, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. This is a chance to give back to other women and the community.
