Our service is available nationwide and internationally. MCIC is a global volunteer investigative network. There is no charge for our services.

Description

MCIC is a non-profit (501c3) organization and our mission is to locate and recover missing, abducted and runaway children as well as children involved in cults. MCIC is a network of volunteer agents and investigators.Founded by Albert "Doc" Schloegel, MCIC is an investigation, intelligence, research and rescue organization. Although MCIC is a small organization and run primarily by "Doc" Schloegel, MCIC is constantly developing it's global network of volunteers and has maintained a steady success record of recovered children both nationwide and internationally.Doc has extensive experience as an investigator, intelligence agent and as a senior officer in specialized military service and in 1997 he was ordained as a Pentecostal MinisterSince 1980 he has conducted numerous missing and abducted child recoveries and rescues, both in and outside of the United States as well as rescues from cults that exemplifies the term "Surgical Extraction". In 1990 he founded the MCIC and three years later in 1993 incorporated it as a non-profit, public benefit organization.

"Doc" helped me compile information to prevent a international child abduction and the information and guidance he provided was invaluable. His knowledgeable and experienced is extensive and he presents the information in a way that's understandable. Thank you "Doc".
