Southwestern Illinois Resource Conservation and Development advances the conservation of our environmental resources to ensure a sustainable quality of life, by creating and fostering diverse partnerships, leveraging resources and taking decisive action as opportunities arise.

Description

SERVE is the Stewardship of Environmental Resources through Volunteer Efforts. This program utilizes volunteer staff to assist with the mission of bettering this region and all of the surrounding communities. A wide variety of volunteer positions are available for all participants, and we encourage you to apply. The work done by the Southwestern Illinois RC&D has dramatically improved the state of the environmental resources in our area. Your volunteer work will only help to promote the conservation of our resources and the strengthening of all of our local economies.
