Junior Achievement - Rocky Mountain, Inc.'s mission is to prepare young people to thrive in the 21st century workplace and global economy by inspiring a passion in free enterprise and entrepreneurship, and instilling an understanding of personal financial literacy.
Junior Achievement relies on the success of business professionals to inspire and prepare students embrace free enterprise and succeed in a global economy. Junior Achievement's K-12 business and economic curriculum comes to life when volunteers from the business community lead students through the innovative, hands-on lesson plans. Volunteers act as invaluable role models for students and provide relevance to what students learn; showing students the link between education and future opportunity. During the 2013/14 school year, Junior Achievement's proven programs reached 121,155 students in more than 500 schools throughout Metro Denver, Eagle County, Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. With our 5,400+ volunteers we are able to teach students through relevant, responsive, innovative programs. Share your success and inspire kids to reach their full potential.
