Mission Statement

Grand Roy Community Services is committed to helping develop the whole child. GRCS will do this by supporting the personal growth of the individual, sharing knowledge and encouraging each child to see themselves as unique.

Description

Grand Roy Community Services is an advocate for children. GRCS does outreach at the local primary school in several areas, teaches parenting classes, holds workshops on learning difficulties and other family related areas. GRCS operates a computer lab and teaches computer classes to both primary and secondary school students. An afterschool programme is open to any child who wishes to attend. Classes are held for students who are enrolled to take the Grenada Common Entrance Exam, which is required for admittance to secondary school. Staff works closely with C.H.O.R.E.S.(doctors from the U.S. who volunteer twice a year and attend children in Grenada in their specialties).
