Our Mission is to increase awareness about poverty in Virignia and to promote comprehensive approaches to eliminate poverty.

Description

We are a network of 30 Community Action Agencies. We advocate for the poor; promote self-sufficiency;mobilize public and private resources;create services to meet basic needs, partner with community organizations;stimulate community development and opportunities for long range reforms and economic and social justice.
