The Mission of the YMCA of Austin is to put Christian princiiple into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

Description

The YMCA of Austin is a multi-branch, multi-program health and human services development agency that provides values-based programs and activities for the entier family. We operate six full service, family oriented fitness/program facilties. Additionally we conduct the largest summer day camp and holiday camp program for children ages 4 to 14 in Travis, Hayes and Bastop counties. Additionally we conduct the largest swimming and youth sports program in the market.The YMCA also provides afterschool childcare programs at 18 area elementary schools, two well established teen programs, a family enrichment program (Y Indian Guides) and several senior programs.
