Mission Statement

The mission of LionHearts, Inc. d.b.a. Virginia Kincheloe Spay/Neuter Clinic is to prevent the killng of thousands of companion animals in the Fredericksburg area by preventing unwanted litters through spaying and neutering at low or no cost as many cats and dogs as possible. In order to achieve this end, LionHearts, Inc. undertakes to fund and manage the clinic, expanding services, as needed when resources become available.
