Mission Statement

We are committed to making positive contributions to the lives of youth in the areas of improved self-esteem, promotion of good citizenship and creation of successful lives by matching adult mentors with students in the public schools of Rogers County. RCVY's P.A.L. Program encourages quality mentoring by recruiting, screening, training and supporting the volunteer mentors.

Description

RCVY's P.A.L. Program (which stands for Postive Adult Leadership) is a school based mentoring program in which an adult volunteer is matched with one particular student. They meet weekly for one hour on the school campus during the school day.
