A Guardian Ad Litem is a citizen who volunteers to be part of a court program to represent the best interests of a child involved in the court system.

Had a tough case lately lot of miscommunication but these guys stayed the course to see the child’s well being was first!! Thanks

Abused or neglected children need someone who cares about them to speak up for them or help them speak up for themselves. They deserve a safe place to grow up. The court system is not something they can understand for themselves. Parents are eligible to have an attorney appointed for their defense. Guardian ad Litems speak for the best interest of the child, not the parents.
