Mission Statement

Lee/Carroll CASA's mission is to provide a volunteer Guardian ad Litem for every abused and neglected child involved in the juvenile protection courts in Lee/Carroll Counties, Illinois.

Description

Our organization recruits, trains and monitors volunteers from the community who then work one-on-one with abused and/or neglected children who are involved in the juvenile protection courts. We operate from two offices, the main office in Dixon, IL (which also serves Lee County, IL) and a second office in Mount Carroll, IL that serves Carroll County, IL.
