Project ACCESS is a collaborative effort of The Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center's Department of Ambulatory Services and the Department of Volunteer Services, made possible through a grant from the United Hospital Fund. This initiative seeks to empower community members to successfully navigate primary and preventive care services.
