Mission Statement

Our mission is to "make a difference" one feline at a time. We offer shelter for homeless cats and kittens. We also educate the public on responsible ownership including spay/neuter programs.

Description

Ce Ce & Friends is a non-profit, all volunteer, no-kill cat shelter. We provide a clean, safe, warm and loving transitional shelter for all cats - stray, feral and abandoned - until permanent homes are found.
