The mission of the Erie County CASA Program is to recruit, train, guide, monitor, and volunteer CASAs (Court Appointed Special Advocates), who are appointed by the Judge of Erie County Family Court as guardians-ad-litem to represent the best interests of abused, neglected, and dependent children in court.
