Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide men with the support and resources they need to overcome difficult times and achieve self-sufficiency.

Description

Founded in 2022 by a man who fell through the cracks of systems meant to protect us all, TBMF has grown into a community-driven organization helping men feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive.

What We Do We bring vital services to underserved communities through resource and career fairs, youth programs, and support for first responders. Programs include:

  • Job fairs with resume workshops and employer access
  • Comics for Kids, teaching youth mental health through storytelling
  • Expungement aid for first responders in recovery
  • HeroCon 2025, a free event using superheroes to spark mental health conversations

Volunteer With Us Make a difference by helping at events, mentoring youth, assembling care kits, or supporting behind the scenes. Your time can change lives.

Why It Matters Men face major gaps in mental health, education, and support. By uplifting men, we strengthen families and communities.
