Description

Since 2005, the Upper Darby Senior Center has been a nationally accredited center providing a wide range of opportunities and services for seniors in the area. At our center, those who are 55 years of age and older can take part in a variety of recreational activities, fitness classes, and educational seminars. We also offer support services to help our members with any challenges they may be facing. In addition to our on-site services, we provide nutrition support through our homebound program, with referrals from the County Office of Services for the Aging (COSA). Our facility is well-equipped with a full-size fitness room, billiards room, and gymnasium, providing seniors with plenty of opportunities to stay active and healthy. We are also proud to host the Table Tennis event for the Delaware County Senior Games held each June. At the Upper Darby Senior Center, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of our members. Our staff are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support to ensure that our seniors feel comfortable and at home. Not only do our services benefit seniors, but they also positively impact the community as a whole. By providing support and resources to seniors, we are able to help them maintain their independence and continue living fulfilling lives.
