Mission Statement

Every purchase is dedicated to support students in completing undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees regardless of their financial resources. We don’t just sell used ethnic items. We make the dream of going to college a reality.

Description

You can donate your gently used ethnic clothes, jewelry, decorative pieces, furniture, etc. from all ethnicities and cultures. Not only can you repurpose the clothes that have been gathering dust for years and declutter your closet, but all revenue generated from your timeless treasures will be used to award college scholarships to students. The students will be chosen by an essay application process based on their accomplishments and goals for attending college.

You spend hours searching for the perfect traditional wear to celebrate life’s best moments but then may not get to wear them again. We want these expensive, rare and close to heart items to be used to their fullest.

Donate and shop for Indian sub-continent saree, salwar suit, kids wear, men kurta, Japanese Kimonos, Sardianian tradition dress from Italy, Balinese temple dress from Indonesia, Kilts from Scotland, Trachte from Germany and Austria; The Kefffiyeh, shemagh or ghutrah from Middle East; Herero from Namibia; Maasai beadwork from Kenya; The ten gallon Stetson from Texas US; Gho from Bhutan; Bowler Hat from Bolivia; The chanel suit from France; Coiffe, Brittany from France, Sami clothing from Lapland etc.

Thank you for your support, and please let us know what you think!
