At Thrive and Live, we believe mental wellness is a human right, not a luxury.
Born from a bold vision to close the mental health gap for underserved communities, Thrive and Live exists to break barriers, disrupt stigma, and empower lives through access, education, advocacy, and support.

Thrive and Live began as a response to a crisis: the overwhelming lack of culturally relevant, affordable mental health care available to marginalized groups. Fueled by compassion and rooted in lived experience, our founders set out to build more than an organization-they built a movement.

From our earliest community workshops to today’s far-reaching initiatives, our mission has remained the same: To make mental health support accessible, affordable, and empowering for all. We have reached out to our community through free mentorships and psychoeducation. We are looking to expand our program and need volunteers.
