Mission Statement
St Claire Family Homes is a community-rooted nonprofit dedicated to providing safe, trauma-informed care and placement services for vulnerable youth in Washington State. Our mission is to bridge the gap for youth impacted by foster care, homelessness, and the justice system by offering stability, structure, and supportive programming. Through outreach, advocacy, and licensed placements, we are building a model of care that empowers young people to heal, grow, and thrive in environments built on compassion and accountability.
Description
St Claire Family Homes is a newly established nonprofit based in Washington State focused on serving youth facing the highest levels of vulnerability-those impacted by foster care, homelessness, trauma, and the juvenile justice system. Our goal is to build a supportive network of trauma-informed homes and outreach services that provide stability, mentorship, and real opportunities for healing and growth.
In our startup phase, we are focused on outreach and volunteer-powered community efforts while completing licensure to operate as a Child Placing Agency (CPA). This will enable us to receive state funding to place youth in safe, structured homes. We are currently seeking passionate volunteers to help build our foundation and shape a better future for our most underserved youth.
