About Movement in Refuge Movement in Refuge (MiR) is an emerging international nonprofit bringing the life-changing power of sport to refugee and host communities. We work in areas affected by conflict and displacement, starting with Rohingya refugee camps and host communities near Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. Through coaching, equipment donations, and community engagement, we support dignity, resilience, and connection through structured movement. Position Summary We are looking for a creative, well-organized Social Media Content Coordinator to amplify our work across platforms and help us reach a global community of supporters. This role will manage regular posting, coordinate directly with our coaches and athletes in the field, and craft content that builds awareness and encourages people to donate. You’ll also help create short videos, edit footage from different programs, add music, and support the setup and launch of new platforms including TikTok and LinkedIn. If you’re passionate about storytelling, movement, and justice - and want to help an early-stage nonprofit grow its visibility and funding - this is for you.
